Role Description We are looking for a passionate and driven Brand and Sales Representative to assist our brand manager in the local sales in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, executing sales strategies, and promoting our brands to grow market share. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of the outdoor and fitness markets and a passion for sustainability. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with retailers, gyms, and other key partners. Manage sales processes from lead generation to order fulfillment. Work closely with the team to coordinate brand activations, in‑store promotions, and events. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure retailers have the necessary tools, training, and marketing assets to effectively promote our brands. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the outdoor, sports, or lifestyle sectors. Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market and retail landscape. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Passion for sustainability and promoting durable products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Cantonese and good communication in English. Enthusiasm for outdoor sports and wellness is highly desirable.
