Position HR Operations (based in Hong Kong) Location Hong Kong / Hybrid Job Summary Support day‑to‑day payroll, benefit and policy administration and C&B projects for the bank employees. The position will be responsible for administrating policies and day‑to‑day processes, acting as a change agent to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, including ways to digitalize processes and outputs. Responsibilities The portfolio includes employees based in Hong Kong Perform full spectrum of payroll, pension, taxation, all benefit administration and related matters Prepare all month‑end, quarterly and annual reports, as well as ad hoc reports Provide operational support for maintenance of personnel files and employment proofs Maintain HR policies and employee handbook updates Coordinate insurance renewal and other employee benefit related programs Support employment visa and visitor’s visa HR events and matter coordination Qualifications 3–5 years of solid experience in HR Operations (Payroll, HR Policy/events, employment visa, new hire onboarding, employee handbook) Familiar with the Hong Kong labour law and related benefits Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred) Preferred experience in any HRIS Strong team player, high integrity, and ability to always maintain confidentiality Assist with ad hoc projects as necessary Excellent organization, communication and analytical and presentation skills, attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Apply Interested candidate may apply to this post. #J-18808-Ljbffr
