We are currently recruiting a HR Generalist to join the Hong Kong HR Team. You will serve as a key member in executing day‑to‑day HR operations while contributing to various HR initiatives. In addition, you are expected to collaborate with the HR Centers of Knowledge which include Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Development, Diversity, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and excels at interacting with all levels of the organization. Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Include Compensation & Benefits Lead various benefits programs and annual renewals Manage the Rental Reimbursement scheme independently Act as a back‑up to the HR payroll function, support annual tax filing Administer eMPF platform, including member enrollments and terminations Assist with annual year‑end compensation review Talent Development Provide guidance on the annual Employee Development and Performance (EDP) process Coordinate with global HR on training and wellness programs HR Operations Handle termination including exit meeting and paperworkMaintain HR policies and employee handbook updates Help with HRIS updates as required Participate in any HR projects and/or HRIS continuous enhancement Qualifications University graduate, preferably in Human Resources or related business disciplines Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience preferably in financial industry Solid and hands‑on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Familiar with local labor laws Proficiency in MS Office Suite e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Self‑Starter, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong English/Cantonese language skills, Mandarin language skills is a huge plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills We value diverse experiences.
