Responsibilities: Lead various benefits programs and annual renewals Manage the Rental Reimbursement scheme independently Act as a back-up to the HR payroll function, support annual tax filing Administer eMPF platform, including member enrollments and terminations Assist with annual year-end compensation review Provide guidance on the annual Employee Development and Performance (EDP) process Coordinate with global HR on training and wellness programs Handle termination including exit meeting and paperwork Maintain HR policies and employee handbook updates Help with HRIS updates as required Participate in any HR projects and/or HRIS continuous enhancement Qualifications: University graduate, preferably in Human Resources or related business disciplines Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience preferably in financial industry Solid and hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Familiar with local labor laws Proficiency in MS Office Suite e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Self-Starter, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong English/Cantonese language skills, Mandarin language skills is a huge plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
