Private Banking Client Transacting Manager

Job Summary Transactions Processing (Loans Operations): Check loan drawdown, rollovers, prepayment and other loan admin duties. Ensure loan drawdown is within approved credit limit and sufficient collateral. Approve all exceptional limits, pricing according to Credit Policy and DOA. Support the interest statement for client information. Transactions Processing (Payment & Investigation) Authenticate, validate and prioritize all customer requests for outgoing and incoming remittances including SWIFT, CHIPS, FED CHATS, in-house funds transfer and cheques. Ensure all payments comply with OFAC Sanctions. Monitor the payment queue to process all transactions before system cut‑off. Execute all payment transactions in compliance with Client Authentication and Trust payment guidelines. Transactions Processing (Time Deposit) Verify time deposit set up, renewal and termination. Coordinate with CA/CSM to clarify unclear time deposit instructions and deliver quality service to customers. Review time deposit exceptional, maintenance and maturity reports. Support campaign initiatives by business. Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end operations for all Banking Operations related processes connected with client servicing and transaction execution. Ensure no gaps in transaction processing in collaboration with GBS and additional control and monitoring responsibilities. Business Work with RM, CSM & GBS to deliver the client journey end state vision (best in class client experience) and embed this way of working within Private Banking. Qualifications Interpersonal skills, influencing and supervising others. Strong oral and written communication skills. Expert knowledge of products, transactions and services that will be initiated by Private Wealth Banking. Meticulous with the ability to multi‑task. Strong banking operations background, knowledge of both Private Wealth Banking and Retail. Awareness of controls and procedures, and the ability to identify and resolve any control issues that may arise. Role Specific Technical Competencies Knowledge of banking operations background. Knowledge of In/Out Remittance and investigation. Knowledge of eBranch DOA.
