As an integral member of the team with exposure across the full life cycle of investments covering regional markets in Asia, you will primarily work on asset management of portfolio companies, including quarterly reporting, half‑yearly asset performance review, refinancings and liquidity evaluation. You will actively contribute to the sourcing, evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, perform financial analysis and develop models that inform investment decisions. Additionally, you will engage with portfolio company management and external advisors to help drive and deliver strategic asset priorities. Working closely with both internal teams and external partners, you will help manage key asset management activities such as follow‑on investments, refinancings and divestments. You will also assist in screening, assessing and negotiating transactions, conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, and prepare investment papers for committee approval, supporting both investment and asset management decisions in line with our fund strategies.
