Executive/Manager - Real Assets

Join our supportive and high performing Real Assets team, based in Hong Kong, which is a part of the Asia Pacific regional real assets platform and primarily focuses on infrastructure investments in the Greater China markets. What role will you play? As an integral member of the team, you will have exposure across the full life cycle of investments covering the Greater China market, primarily working on asset management of portfolio companies, refinancings, exits and sourcing new investment opportunities. You will support the management of the existing portfolio companies by performing asset valuation and performance analysis, utilising financial modelling and scenario analysis as key tools, in addition to liaising with the management of the portfolio companies and external advisors in developing, driving and delivering the asset strategic priorities. Working closely with colleagues and external advisors, you will manage key asset management matters such as follow-on investments, refinancings and divestments, and prepare investment papers for approval by the investment committee to support investment and asset management decisions in line with the investment strategy of our managed funds. You will also screen, assess and negotiate transactions, conduct market analysis and develop financial models for new investment opportunities.
