We’re looking for a high‑caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Asset Servicing In-Business Risk & Control – a hybrid role based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to: Work with a Senior Manager to identify and manage risks within the Asset Servicing Business. Track and document key control requirements to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Communicate regularly with the Asset Servicing team and other partners about the control environment. Apply analytical thinking to identify root causes and contribute to timely resolutions, including process improvements and technology enhancements. Support management with ad‑hoc projects and deliverables to improve risk and control oversight. Keep management aware of progress on issues and remediation. Support development of an effective control framework that meets audit, compliance and regulatory requirements. Develop a deep understanding of products, processes and how duties integrate with related teams. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. Work efficiently to meet deadlines. Assess risk appropriately, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding assets. As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Basic executional capabilities with growing responsibility. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access). Analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate risk scenarios. Proven teamwork and collaboration. Excellent written and verbal communication.
