Our AI-enabled technology turns a traditionally weeks-long, labor-intensive phase into a task completed in minutes. Our software is the world’s first fully automated floor planning solution. It generates custom layouts in seconds and delivers critical data on costs, carbon emissions, and efficiency. We literally save up to 90% of the time in what is considered one of the most time consuming parts in architecture & design. As we’re scaling quickly, we need a dedicated Account Executive delivering growth in the APAC region, which is a key market with a lot of inbound interest already. A bit about us We’re a growing, passionate team of architects, physicists, and engineers backed by industry-leading investors and advisors. We’ve partnered with leading real estate firms and occupiers of which many you'll know, to make floor planning and real estate portfolio management efficient, sustainable, and data-driven. With clients in 35+ countries independently generating 3,500,000+ m² of floor plans monthly, our growth is accelerating at a very high pace right now. And we’re just getting started. What you’ll do As our Account Executive, you will take full ownership of the sales process in the region, ensuring laiout’s success in this critical market. Here’s what that looks like: Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals with mid- to enterprise-level clients. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and how laiout can address them. Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools (we use Hubspot) to track and manage leads and ensure accurate forecasting. Metric Driven: Deliver against KPIs on a monthly and annual basis. Collaboration: Work closely across time‑zones with the team in Europe and the US, including our CEO, marketing team, and product team to refine messaging and product offerings based on market feedback. Travel: Attend trade shows, conferences, and key client meetings on occasion. We are very known and benefit from showing ourselves as a business. Who you are We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the lead in an exciting, fast‑paced role: 3‑6 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Software sales, preferably in a startup environment. Based in Singapore, or alternatively Hong Kong. Experience in Real Estate is a plus. Proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets. Mature, proactive and self‑motivated, comfortable with working independently in a remote setting. Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes in the APAC region. Fluent in English and any additional regional languages is a plus. Excited about the intersection of technology and design and genuinely interested in what we do. What’s in it for you?
