What you’ll be doing Develop and maintain diverse recruitment channels, build a talent database, and cultivate long‑term relationships with potential candidates. Lead and improve the talent acquisition process in line with business development requirements, ensuring timely identification of suitable candidate profiles. Monitor the recruitment process, analyze results, and compile weekly/monthly/annual reports. Ensure accurate payroll and social‑welfare administration, covering calculations, personnel‑cost analysis, reporting, and filing. Implement daily operations in accordance with company and country HR policy and procedures. Review market trends and internal practices to propose and implement a salary structure. Maintain and update HRIS databases. Provide up‑to‑date legal and regulatory information for each city regarding employment relationships. Support annual salary adjustments, supplying data for reviews and preparing new salary letters. Handle annual bonus processes, including data preparation, analysis, and implementation after approval. Prepare the annual HR budget, communicate adjustments to BU managers, and analyze for management review. Manage staff onboarding and release processes, including risk assessment, exit interviews, turnover analysis, and retention suggestions. Standardize staff documentation procedures. Negotiate staff contract terminations and draft agreement agreements. Handle staff relations, answering questions about company policy, welfare, and insurance. Produce monthly HR reports. Collaborate with cross‑department initiatives and support other HR projects. Perform additional tasks assigned by HRD. What skills & experience you’ll bring to us Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related Business Administration discipline. At least 3 years of HR experience within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or E‑commerce – an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with staff across the organization. A results‑oriented mindset and readiness to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
