Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Organizational Development : Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs for business growth, developing and executing HR strategies, including organizational design, talent pipeline creation, and changing management to support the transition from startup to corporate. Culture & Employee Experience : Shape and strengthen company culture to align with startup agility and corporate standards; design engagement programs to boost morale and retention, especially in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Talent Acquisition & Development : Collaborate with business leaders to address hiring needs swiftly, refine job descriptions, work with external recruiters or internal teams to attract top talent, and establish onboarding and early training programs to ensure rapid integration. Performance & Growth : Create flexible performance management frameworks suited for iterative startup environments; provide coaching to enhance leadership capabilities and resolve employee relations issues; track employee satisfaction and team effectiveness using simple metrics. Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize basic HR analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to analyze compensation structures, equity incentives, and turnover data, delivering cost-effective talent solutions to leadership. Compliance & Scalability : Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws while laying the foundation for corporate operations (e.g., standardized policies, employee handbooks); balance compliance with flexibility in resource-constrained settings. Required Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus but not required. Experience : 3-5 years of HR experience, including 1-2 years in a business partner or similar role within a startup, tech industry, or fast-growth environment. Experience with corporate transformation processes is preferred. Skills Business Acumen : Understand startup operations (e.g., funding, product-market fit) and corporate needs (e.g., process standardization). Adaptability & Problem-Solving : Thrive in resource-limited, dynamic environments with shifting priorities. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with basic HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workable) or AI-supported HR platforms; quick to learn new tools.
