Restaurant Operations Director

Responsibilities 1. Develop operational metrics and annual development plans for the Hong Kong subsidiary, driving and ensuring the achievement of team revenue, profit, and other business targets. 2. Establish comprehensive store system standards to standardize and streamline store operations; plan and oversee departmental talent development, ensuring effective and orderly supervisor training to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of in-service management training, and propel the department toward becoming a learning organization. 3. Holistically oversee store operations. Conduct market analysis based on regional consumer behavior and competitor dynamics. Regularly report store management status. Organize regional meetings, QSC presentations, performance improvement sessions, profit‑boosting initiatives, and operational analysis meetings to resolve operational issues. 4. Oversee new store development quality, construction standards, and progress tracking to ensure timely openings. Supervise and evaluate QSC management across all stores; establish emergency response mechanisms and procedures to effectively handle customer complaints and other incidents. Qualifications 5. 10+ years of F&B operations management experience, with 3+ years in this role; manage and coordinate working relationships between assigned departments and cross‑departmental units, resolving daily operational matters.
