Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals to improve efficiency and profitability. Team Leadership: Supervise and manage the teams of Sales Administration, Customer Service, Warehouse & Logistics and Repair & Maintenance. Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain process from procurement to production and distribution, ensuring timely delivery of products. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the operations budget, identifying cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining product quality. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align operational capabilities with business needs. Customer Service Enhancement: Enhance the corporate customer service experience to a high‑brand level, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Inventory Control: Responsible for inventory control and aging stock management to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficient in supply chain management and quality assurance practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Immediately available is highly preferable.
