Textile Commercial Coordinator

We are the Hong Kong-based commercial team of a leading producer of lace and textiles for the international intimate apparel market. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented person to join our team as Textile Commercial Coordinator . Responsibilities Commercial Relationship Management (CRM): Communicate effectively with clients, including garment makers and brands. Handle inquiries, orders, and customer requests promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Coordinate sample requests, approvals, and shipments. Collaborate with customers on product specifications and sign‑off processes. Work closely with our Sales and Production teams to ensure projects and orders progress smoothly. Order Processing and Documentation: Receive and process purchase orders from clients. Issue orders to our factories and monitor production progress. Track order status and ensure timely delivery to clients. Prepare and manage shipping documents and invoices to customers. Coordinate the shipping process, including coordinating freight and delivery. Manage inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels. Assist the sales team with generating sales reports etc. Facilitate efficient communication between the sales team, other departments, and external partners. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Secondary Education of above. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in textile or garment fields. Language Skills: Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin (both spoken and written). Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems. Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Team player with a proactive attitude.
