Business Development Manager – Textiles

About the Company We are a professional textile and intimate apparel company with our own manufacturing facilities located in Mainland China , specializing in high-quality fabrics, underwear, loungewear, thermal wear, and complete OEM/ODM/OBM solutions for Hong Kong and overseas markets. To support our rapid business expansion in Hong Kong, we are recruiting 1–2 proactive and experienced Business Development Managers to lead client acquisition and strengthen long-term market growth locally. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand the Hong Kong market for fabrics, underwear, loungewear, and related textile products. Identify new clients through email outreach, social media channels (IG, Facebook, LinkedIn), WhatsApp, cold approaches, and industry networks. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Hong Kong brands, designers, retailers, trading companies, and manufacturers. Promote our OEM/ODM/OBM capabilities and coordinate sampling, quotations, meetings, and follow-up tasks. Prepare sales reports, client lists, and market insights for management review. Develop and manage a customer database for long-term growth. Represent the company in client visits, product presentations, and business activities when required. Requirements Preferably 3–5 years of experience in textiles, lingerie, apparel, fabrics, or related industries. Strong business development skills; capable of independently developing the Hong Kong market. Familiar with email and social media outreach. Strong communication, negotiation, and execution abilities. Fluent Cantonese is required; English and Mandarin are advantages. Benefits & Compensation Attractive commission and performance bonus.
