Add expected salary to your profile for insights The main responsibility of the incumbent is to perform detailed requirements analysis, documentation, project management and user acceptance test. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users. Responsibilities Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. Managing projects, collaborating with vendors, business users and IT teams to achieve results. Assisting review of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date with modern IT technologies and provide advice to improve IT systems continuously. Requirements Degree in Information Systems, Information Management or related discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ experience playing the role as IT business analyst. Work experience on IT system implementation. Hands‑on experience on Python, SQL or good understanding of Generative AI solutions. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Apps platform or other workflow solutions will be an advantage. Effective business analysis skills. Good analytical thinking and documentation abilities. Willingness to take initiative and good team player. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. PMP will be an advantage.
