Treasury Analyst

Your role: Cash Transaction Management Track daily account balances and verify adequate liquidity exists across relevant accounts to facilitate disbursements Execute and oversee business payment workflows Conduct daily fund consolidation activities to maximize returns on available liquidity Project Coordination Liaise with joint venture collaborators regarding equity contributions and ensure prompt transaction completion Examine and confirm accuracy of project-related fee computations Control Framework Development Build and refine control mechanisms to improve transaction efficiency and reduce dependency on manual procedures Facilitate intercompany financing transactions and related settlements Aid in creating oversight structures for capital contribution processes in joint venture portfolios Participate in formulating and rolling out liquidity and treasury governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and control measures Generate daily liquidity position summaries and monthly treasury analytics Act as the primary treasury contact point across business units to collect data for near-term and long-range liquidity projections Complete additional operational duties and special projects as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent field Professional Experience & Competencies 3 years of treasury experience within a large-scale organization Background in property development or real estate sectors is preferred Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning platforms (such as SAP) advantageous Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Bilingual fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Candidates with extensive experience will be considered as Senior Analyst How to apply Ready to join this role?
