Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients in Asia: distributors, wholesalers, and networks of aesthetic clinics. Utilize Google, LinkedIn, WeChat, Redbook industry directories, and other platforms to source leads. Conduct outreach via email, Messenger, and phone calls. Initiate first contact, introduce our company, and qualify potential clients. Set up online meetings with our sales manager and ensure the lead attends the meeting. Maintain accurate records in CRM, ensuring all contact history and lead details are up to date. What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR roles (preferably B2B) is a plus. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the aesthetic medicine or beauty industry is beneficial but not required. Strong research and information‑gathering skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Chinese or other Asian languages plus English is required. Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and process‑driven.
