About the role As a Sales BD Senior Manager at BZ Infinity Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's new business development efforts in Mainland China and Southeast Asia. Based in Fortress Hill Eastern District, this is a full-time position that will see you strategise, manage, and execute sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking Nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive new business growth Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Providing mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the sales team What we're looking for Substantial experience (8+ years) in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the cross-border payment or Fintech industry Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-suite executives Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities In-depth understanding of the New Business Development landscape and market trends Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Collaborative mindset and the desire to work cross-functionally to drive business growth What we offer Generous performance-based bonuses and commission structure Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programs Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Flexible work arrangements and a focus on work-life balance About us BZ Infinity Limited is a leading provider of innovative business solutions, serving a diverse range of clients across the globe.
