Are you motivated by the prospect of expanding luxury audio solutions into the hospitality sector? Are you interested in building lasting partnerships with high-end brands and working on AV solutions?
As the Key Account Manager B2B for Hong Kong & Macau at Bang & Olufsen, you will join the Global Enterprise & B2B Sales Team who focus on accelerating growth in the hospitality sector internationally. You will contribute to enhancing Bang & Olufsen's B2B sales and establishing lasting relationships with key partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Bang & Olufsen’s Enterprise & B2B sales activities in Hong Kong & Macau.
- Pinpoint, define and implement key elements required for promoting significant growth in Bang & Olufsen's new and existing channels.
- Accelerate growth in the Enterprise & B2B channel for Bang & Olufsen with focus on promoting pipeline and growth in the hospitality sector.
- Manage, organize and carry out marketing activity to generate a pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage with corporate end users in a high touch model.
- Recruit new VAR and System integrators to expand our route to market for AV solutions and hospitality solutions.
- Meet with key partners, encourage and motivate partners to boost Bang & Olufsen commercial sales.

You bring a wealth of experience in guiding business growth within the hospitality sector, with a keen focus on B2B sales and integrated solution projects. Your ability to guide and communicate empowers teams to reach shared goals while maintaining a goal-oriented and open mindset.

- Extensive experience working with key Enterprise channels and developing large-scale B2B and integrated solution projects in the hospitality sector.
- A solid understanding of business, with a focus on commercial growth and delivering effective results in high-touch sales models.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present persuasively and cultivate effective internal and external collaborations.
- Data-driven, structured, and highly pragmatic, with an emphasis on implementing and delivering tangible outcomes.

You will work closely with the Global Enterprise & B2B Team, the APAC Sales & Marketing Team, Product Management and Service and Training implementing strategic initiatives to elevate Bang & Olufsen’s presence in the hospitality sector.
