The Job: With many years of management experience, it is required to manage and have a sales team of more than 5 people Excellent sales ability and performance, at least 5 consecutive years or more to achieve MDRT member Strong presentation and training skills, can be a lecturer in customer salons and company training courses Develop and maintain clients independently Make full use of industry influence to develop business and recruit agent Have strong speech and training ability, can often give training to the team and the company College degree or above, more than 10 years of experience in insurance industry, listed company is preferred, no punishment or criminal record.
