Our client is an International based Real Estate Agency Company. Responsibilities Managing new and existing stakeholder relationship. Meeting buyers and sellers of the properties or development. Presenting and selling the investments to clients and various stakeholders. Researching and analyzing global products and markets. Organising exhibitions and seminars with local agents in various locations worldwide. Handling legal paperwork and contracts. Follow up with sales transaction. Organising the advertisement of properties or developments. Promote sales through advertisement, open houses and also participation in multiple listing. Motivation to reach or exceed the monthly sales individual and team sales target. Requirements 2-4 years relevant working experience. Able to travel abroad such as UK/Mainland China. Confidence when liaising with clients and key decision makers. Self‑motivating, able to provide a great customer service, outgoing personality and problem solving skills. Data analysis. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). More experience candidates will also considered as Business Development Manager.
