Manager – Business Development

This role is to develop business with designated channels and/or client segments to achieve the assigned sales and new business profitability targets. This involves building and deepening relationships with different channels and client segments by conducting regular visits, meetings, trainings, and seminars. Key Responsibilities Perform the sales flow independently, including prospecting, presenting, probing, penetrating, and post-servicing. Engage designated channel partners and client prospects and achieve sales and new business profitability targets. Provide sales support to channel partners and clients. Build and deepen relationships with different channels and client segments by conducting regular visits, meetings, trainings, and seminars. Handle channel partners’ and clients’ enquiries and complaints. Work collaboratively with other teams, departments and eMPF for taking on new clients and delivery of service. Build up and maintain a professional corporate image and reputation of BCT group of companies with the channel partners and/or client segments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry. Pass in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Examination. Holder of relevant SFC license or pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent). Good understanding of Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) & Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (ORSO). Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
