We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences :

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing a project for conducting family-based stepped-care intervention to support perinatal couples and parents across the spectrum of needs and to promote peri-natal mental well-being through community- or hospital-based activities and services;
- Coordinating the project implementation, overseeing data collection, performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and leading the database construction and management;
- Coordinating and training team members for recruiting participants in hospital settings and using social media platforms;
- Leading and designing the framework for participants' follow-ups;
- Liaising with community parties and partner institutions;
- Drafting reports and presentations relevant to the project; and
- Performing administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned to support the operation of the project.
Candidates
- A PhD degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences or a related discipline;
- Strong leadership and project management skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Able to work independently and effectively in a multidisciplinary team;
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; and good coordination, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing large-scale projects would be an advantage.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary and an end-of-contract gratuity will be offered to the right candidates. Generous annual leave, staff-development sponsorships, medical and dental benefits, and life insurance coverage will also be provided. The contract will be initially for 12 months with the possibility of renewal.
