As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our company's human resources strategies and initiatives. What you'll be doing Manage end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HR solutions that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related training and development programs Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems Provide general office administration and clerical support What we're looking for A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar human resources generalist role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address HR-related issues Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications Benefits 5 days work with flexible working hours Performance bonus Education subsidy Professional membership fee sponsorship Life & medical insurance Public holidays Interested parties please send full resume with present and expected salary to Human Resources Department by clicking "Quick Apply" or via email recruit @woproperties.com.
