In this strategic role, you will oversee shipping operations and logistics, ensuring the seamless flow of goods while supporting the company’s core business activities. What you’ll be doing Manage and oversee daily shipping and logistics operations, coordinating with internal teams and external supply chain partners to ensure smooth workflows. Develop and implement efficient shipping processes that minimize delays, optimize costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. Monitor shipment progress, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary to safeguard delivery commitments. Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies across all shipping activities. Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and warehouse teams to plan and execute accurate shipping schedules that support business needs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to boost efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Track orders with overseas factories, update customers promptly, and maintain clear communication with internal and external partners. Independently prepare complete sets of import/export shipping documents, Tradelink declarations, and banking documentation to ensure smooth payment processing. Negotiate rates and service terms with freight forwarders and logistics partners to secure competitive advantages and reliable delivery solutions. Support senior management by executing ad hoc initiatives and priority tasks. What we’re looking for Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics or shipping management, preferably within the fashion and lifestyle sectors, with exposure to trading or manufacturing environments. Higher Diploma or above in logistics studies or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and trade compliance regulations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated, with a proven ability to work independently under pressure and deliver results. Proficiency in shipping/logistics management systems and data analysis tools, coupled with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
