Job Responsibilities Shipment management: Oversee the entire shipping process, from arrangement to delivery, ensuring it is efficient, timely, and secure. Documentation: Handle and process all necessary shipping and banking documents, such as I/E (Import/Export) and L/C (Letter of Credit). Coordination: Liaise with various parties, including freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouses, to ensure smooth operations. Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with relevant regulations and procedures. Data entry: Perform data entry related to shipments and operations. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or production, preferably from a trading or manufacturing background. Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, and experience with Chinese word processing. Language skills: Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and the capacity to work independently.
