Respond to corporate client inquiries and manage complaints with professionalism. Investigate and resolve client‑related issues and cases. Ensure efficient and accurate setup and administration of corporate accounts. Prepare and deliver invoices, reports, and other client documentation within the set timelines. Collaborate with Operations Managers to develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of corporate account processes. Comply with best practices and company policies related to business operations. Perform any ad‑hoc project as assigned. You might fit for the role if you have… Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in customer services, operations or project management. Account servicing or Sales Support/Administration experience, preferably in banking/finance industry. Excellent inter‑personal, customer servicing and problem‑solving skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and Japanese (N2 is preferred). Proactive, detail‑oriented, highly organized in work procedures. Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight timelines. Well versed in MS Office and hands on experience in using systems. 1‑year renewable contract subjected to the business and operations needs.
