Insurance Claims Operations Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Claims Operations Analysts to support the day-to-day management of health insurance claims. This role focuses on claims processing and adjustment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution, while delivering an excellent service experience to our customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the wider operations department, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of claims activities. Prior experience in health insurance will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities Process and adjust health insurance claims in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Review and verify claims submissions, follow up on missing information, and ensure proper documentation for settlement. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., underwriting, medical review) and external partners to support efficient claims handling. Monitor claims performance, identify trends or potential issues, and escalates where necessary. Maintain up-to-date claims records and support reporting requirements. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Requirements Experience and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance operations or claims management. Strong understanding of insurance products and claims workflows; health insurance experience is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with claims or insurance systems. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices is a plus.
