Company Overview French company Manufacturer specializing in fashion accessories Hong Kong office functions as a trading hub Manufacturing facilities located in China and Southeast Asia Sales offices established in France, Italy, and the USA Primary markets include Europe and the United States, serving global fashion, optical, and designer brands Role Summary We are seeking a responsible and well‑organized Administration Assistant to support daily office operations and assist various departments in maintaining an efficient and professional working environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and manage mail and parcel handling Coordinate meeting room bookings and greet visitors professionally Assist with meal arrangements for guests and staff when required Schedule meetings, appointments, and hotel reservations Maintain records including attendance, data entry, filing, and office supply orders Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels Manage purchasing activities, office equipment, insurance, and vendor coordination Support office renovation, maintenance, and facility‑related tasks Assist in organizing company events and staff activities Provide administrative support to the HR department Arrange courier services and prepare customs clearance documentation Ensure all tasks comply with company policies Perform other duties as assigned Ideal Candidates Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage Strong communication and organizational skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Detail‑oriented, proactive, and positive attitude Terms & Benefits 5‑day work week Medical insurance coverage Annual leave: 10 days Supportive & work‑life balance culture To Apply Please attach your CV with salary expected and email to Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purposes only.
