Job Description About the Company European manufacturer specializing in fashion accessories focus on: Optical frames; Optical cases; Optical packaging products We design, product development, manufacturing, and global distribution Hong Kong: trading office Factories: China and Southeast Asia Sales offices: France, Italy, and the USA Primary markets: Europe and the US, serving global fashion, optical, and designer brands Key Responsibilities Work within a team of 5-6 members Report to the Merchandising Manager Provide professional service to assigned clients and brands from the US and Europe Coordinate projects between factories and customers to ensure smooth execution Manage orders from initiation to shipment, ensuring timely delivery Handle customer inquiries and follow-up actions Issue and follow up on quotations to secure business Liaise with factories to monitor production schedules Oversee development of prototypes and ensure product specifications are met Support delivery follow-ups and project milestones Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events Assist in marketing activities to promote products and strengthen brand presence Ideal Candidates Diploma or above preferred 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, merchandising, order processing, or customer service in trading/manufacturing of consumer goods for US/EU markets Experience in optical frames, accessories, or eyewear is a strong advantage Proven ability to coordinate between Chinese factories and overseas clients Experience with global fashion or eyewear brands is a plus Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems is a plus Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage Benefits 5-day work week Medical insurance provided No or very few business trips required Friendly, work-life balance culture To Apply Please attach your CV with salary expected to Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purpose only.
