Export Sales Executive – optical frame eyewear fashion accessories manufacturer (Hunghom) Company: JPC Texson Ltd (Hong Kong and China licensed Employment Consulting firm). Offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. Established since 1990. Overview European company designing, developing, manufacturing, and globally distributing fashion accessories with a focus on optical frames, optical cases, and optical packaging products. Hong Kong trading/sales/logistics office; factories in China and Southeast Asia. Primary markets: Europe and the US, serving global fashion, optical, and designer brands. Responsibilities Work within a team of 5-6 members and report to the Marketing Manager. Provide professional service to assigned clients and brands from the US and Europe. Coordinate projects between factories and customers to ensure smooth execution. Manage orders from initiation to shipment, ensuring timely delivery. Handle customer inquiries and follow-up actions. Issue and follow up on quotations to secure business. Liaise with factories to monitor production schedules. Oversee development of prototypes and ensure product specifications are met. Support delivery follow-ups and project milestones. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events. Assist in marketing activities to promote products and strengthen brand presence. Qualifications Diploma or above preferred. 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, merchandising, order processing, or customer service in trading/manufacturing of consumer goods for US/EU markets. Experience in optical frames, accessories, or eyewear is a strong advantage. Proven ability to coordinate between Chinese factories and overseas clients. Experience with global fashion or eyewear brands is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems is a plus.
