Sales & Partnerships Manager - Leading Wine Company

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new market segments, sales channels, brand and business opportunities to expand brand presence and revenue. Develop and manage customer accounts, building lasting relationships to drive sales. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to business needs. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to craft compelling narratives around wine products and offerings and to grow wine sales across various channels. Explore and secure strategic collaborations to expand reach and drive sales. Represent the company at shows and events. Support product portfolio development to align with customer and market demand. Monitor emerging trends and adapt strategies in line with the company’s philosophy. Track, analyze and report on partnership performance, ensuring alignment with brand values and measurable growth goals and implement data-driven improvements to optimize growth. Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and sustainable sales growth. Support cross-functional teams and lead special projects that contribute to innovation, efficiency, and expansion. Foster a culture of teamwork and team spirit. Handle any other relevant activities and ad‑hoc projects as assigned from time to time. Deep understanding of diverse sales channels and client profiles. Strong product knowledge and genuine passion for wine. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM, digital tools, and automation systems. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate brand values into compelling campaigns. Agile and collaborative team player, comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
