Job Description We are seeking a Solution Consultant to join our Cybersecurity team. In this critical client‑facing and presales advisory role , you will serve as the technical interface between our clients and our solutions. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and tailored solutions, helping clients strengthen their security posture and safeguard their digital assets. Responsibilities Client Engagement & Needs Analysis: Engage deeply with clients to understand their cybersecurity and cloud requirements, providing tailored solution advice with a strong focus on Cloud Security , Zero Trust Security (including SASE, IAM, and UEM), and Cloud Network Security . Technical Sales Enablement: Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, addressing client technical concerns, overcoming objections, and positioning Master Concept’s value proposition effectively. This involves leading technical deep‑dive discussions. Product Demonstration & Presentation: Conduct compelling and professional product demonstrations, technical workshops, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and Return on Investment (ROI) of our security solutions. Proposal & RFP Development: Take a lead role in developing the technical content for proposals, RFPs, and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring the proposed solution architecture and recommendations are clearly articulated and fully aligned with client technical requirements. Solution Strategy: Proactively engage with clients to understand their long‑term security challenges and recommend appropriate, innovative strategies and solutions that align with their overall business goals. Market & Product Intelligence: Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously refine solution positioning and support sales initiatives. Implementation Handover: Work collaboratively with the internal technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition and successful implementation of sold solutions. Qualifications Hold a high diploma or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in the Cloud or Cybersecurity field (in a technical, consultative, or client‑facing capacity). Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) or compliance regulations. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must.
