Senior Human Resources Officer @ Canon Hongkong | Recruiting and Talent Management Responsibility: Cooperate and support to sales team on Business Process Automation and Digital Transformation Solution case to achieve sales goal and target Provide consultancy service to customer on business process revamp and benefit of proposed business applications Develop new solution application or solution partner to enrich solution portfolio for exploring new business opportunities and meet company business direction Conduct assessment, gather customer requirement, define project scope, analyze requirement and evaluate customer workflow procedure Responsible to solution design with technical advice to fit for customers’ need and IT policy Conduct presentation to customer with consultancy services by industrial domain knowledge and best practice Prepare project related documentation, including solution design, technical proposal, and tender documents Assist on POC and manage an achievable timeline and project deliverables Assist in project implementation and coordinate with fulfillment team to ensure the project moves on a defined track Assist in presales activities but not limited to customer meeting Work with external partners on strategic business development and cooperation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Major in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferable Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences, particular experience in Pre‑sales, Consulting on IT Project, experience on project of business process automation or digital transformation is preferable Proficiency in the use of MS Office Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Mature with excellent communication, presentation, writing, analytical & negotiation skills Ability to develop relationship with client, assimilate new technology knowledge Personality with organized, detail‑minded, well planning, and sensitive to numbers Ability on multi‑tasking and work on independently Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Solution Consultant Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" to submit your application.
