Solution Consultant – Support Join to apply for the Solution Consultant - Support role at KYOCERA Document Solutions Hong Kong Limited . To support business expansion, we are inviting talented individuals to join our team in Hong Kong. Job Responsibilities Provide pre‑sales consulting support for sales on IT solutions project aspects to achieve sales target Prepare business analysis, consultation, proposal, presentation, implementation plan, proof of concept test and tender management to support solution cases Understand business processes and apply analysis techniques to offer suitable solutions, including hardware and software, particularly in ECM/DMS solutions Collaborate with internal solution teams on project implementation, e.g., refining requirements for SOW preparation, system design, development and implementation Perform value‑added professional services (implementation, support, training, maintenance) when required Work closely with internal and external parties on solution rollout and new product development Provide training to internal and external parties (sales, customer services, partners, etc.) Deliver presentations and solution demos to customers Job Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines At least 2 years of experience supporting business solutions selling to enterprise customers and/or relevant working experience Experience in IT, software development and implementation is an advantage Knowledge of Java programming Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtual environments, computer software, networking, with relevant certifications an advantage Formal training and experience in business analysis preferable Strong skills and solid experience in software application/network support and familiarity with cost & control applications, DMS/ECM and other software/application knowledge is advantageous Excellent technical knowledge in Microsoft‑based environments, with Microsoft certifications or other computer‑related certificates an advantage Knowledge in cybersecurity is an added advantage Independent candidate with proven analytical abilities and a strong work ethic Strong sense of responsibility, well‑organized, reliable and good team spirit Good communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills Good attitude and willingness to learn Good written and spoken English; Mandarin is preferable Benefits Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Birthday Leave & Medical Benefits Contact Address: 16/F., Mita Centre, 552-566 Castle Peak Road, N.T.
