2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited Senior HR Manager at The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited We are looking for high-calibre individuals who want to be part of the Claim Due Diligence Team, supervising due diligence reviews and special asset management for the SME loan portfolios administered by HKMC Insurance Limited (HKMCI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited. Job Descriptions Conduct due diligence review on claim requests arising from defaulted commercial or SME lending portfolios under various loan guarantee schemes; Monitor the quality of special assets management and debt recovery actions, including pursuing legal remedies against defaulted borrowers and personal guarantors; Work independently in coordinating and facilitating debt workouts, and assessing debt workout or repayment proposals for completion in a timely and efficient manner; Provide supervisory support for team operations, formulate, review and fine-tune work procedures and guidelines and augment team capabilities and improve the quality, efficiency, and precision of team operations by leveraging technologies from time to time; Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and provide support for the administration of various loan guarantee schemes; and Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects assigned from time to time. Requirements Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines; A minimum of 10 years relevant working experiences in debt collections for commercial or SME lending or corporate restructuring/ insolvency at any international accounting firm; Strong analytical and leadership skills, self-motivated, positive work attitude, detailed‑minded, organised, good at teamwork and excellent communication and presentation skills; Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and Proficient in Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel with capabilities to navigate the software, apply advanced formulas, perform data analysis, pivot table creation and manipulation, and conditional formatting, is a must.
