About the Role Step into the role of Key Account Manager at Reckitt, where your mastery of relationship-building and strategic partnering with major national trade players will be fundamental in delivering health, hygiene, and nutrition products to consumers. In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and realizing joint business plans, balancing customer success with our own growth. Responsibilities Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer – including net revenue, gross margin, trade spend, market share Building long term partnership with the customers and ensuring sales fundamentals and promotions are planned and executed in‑store with excellence Manage trade budget closely and continuously seek for maximization opportunities Monitoring and providing analysis as the source of new shoppers’ insights, competitive strategies and effective portfolio brand management for the customer Managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt commercial strategy and the customer trading terms. Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer Developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of customer Qualifications Educated to minimum bachelors degree level in a business related subject - from a recognized University Proven track record /sales experience with key multinational FMCG companies Experience of influencing and engaging key figures in customer organisations Fast‑paced, ambitious with strong negotiation & communication skills Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency in MS Office Skills for Success Key Account Management, E‑commerce, Analysing sales data, Leadership skills, Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights, Category Analysis, Collaboration and partnership skills, Influencing, Consultative Selling, Customer strategy, Channel strategy, Sales strategy development, Product planning, Business acumen, commercial acumen, Sales negotiation, P & L Management, Strategy Execution, Operational Excellence.
