Overview Huawei Hong Kong is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager/Sales Manager to join our Enterprise Business Group. In this pivotal role, you will manage key accounts, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in sales, account management, and customer success, particularly within the ICT sector and large enterprises. Key Responsibilities Account Oversight: Develop and nurture relationships with key conglomerate clients, ensuring timely and effective communication to strengthen partnerships. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of large businesses, driving revenue growth and enhancing market presence. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including technical, marketing, and product management—to address client needs and align with business objectives. Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the conglomerate sector, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in‑depth understanding of Huawei’s solutions and products, utilizing this knowledge to meet client needs and provide customised recommendations. Requirements Minimum of 5 years in sales, account management, and customer success, preferably within the ICT industry. A recognised university degree is desirable. Proven experience managing ICT projects, particularly in sizable businesses, multinational corporations, or related fields. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. Familiarity with Huawei’s products and services is a significant advantage. Proficient in both Chinese and English is essential.
