Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Account Management (Core: Distributor Management) Manage and maintain strong relationships with global distributors and wholesale partners, serving as their primary point of contact Develop annual business plans covering sales targets, channel strategy, VM standards, and marketing initiatives Ensure pricing integrity, promotional governance, and brand consistency across all markets Review orders, inventory, sell-through performance, and returns regularly to ensure healthy account operations Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned markets Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to generate actionable growth strategies Drive distributors to expand SKU coverage, increase assortment depth, and adopt priority product lines Collaborate with Finance on payment terms, credit control, and risk management 3. New Market & Partner Development Identify and develop new market opportunities and distributor partnerships Lead commercial negotiations, business model design, and contract finalization Manage partner onboarding, training, and market entry execution 4. Brand & Merchandise Execution Partner with the merchandising team on assortment planning and seasonal product selections Ensure execution of VM guidelines, pricing strategy, and marketing plans across distributors Support international trade shows, buying meetings, and market visits 5. Internal Collaboration & Project Leadership Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance teams to support distributor needs Lead key projects such as new market entry, pricing system upgrades, and inventory optimization Drive process improvement and operational efficiency to enable overseas growth To succeed in this role, you will need to have 3+ years in Key Account / Distributor / Wholesale management Experience in apparel, footwear, sportswear, or kidswear Strong negotiation, communication & data analysis skills Fluency in English; multicultural communication experience preferred A proactive, ownership-driven, customer-focused mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Unlock job insights AI Job match analysis Salary match Number of applicants Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
