About the Role At Eastwise we provide innovative sourcing & procurement services through trusted global partnerships. Enhancing operational efficiency, we are a multicultural team of 40 people across Europe, Asia and North Africa: France, China & Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Tunisia and Singapore. We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team As KAM, you will drive the sourcing project portfolio for our main key account to significantly increase annual purchases by focusing on high-value projects and ensuring the delivery of competitive product ranges that align with customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Oversee the sourcing project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer needs. Collaborate with suppliers, quality control, and merchandising teams to review samples and maintain project tracking. Growth Partnering: Analyze requirements from key account buyers to understand client expectations. Translate these needs into clear briefs and develop expertise in product categories to propose innovative solutions. Quotation Improvement: Review and enhance quotations for competitiveness and clarity. Add value through detailed comments and guide team members to ensure relevance and clarity in proposals. Team Coordination: Act as the main contact between client and internal teams. Ensure effective communication for project follow‑ups and support team members in information gathering and execution. Profile Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, sales or project management in product sourcing, supply chain management, or retail, with a demonstrated track record of managing key accounts. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field. Language: Fluent in English and French, both written and speaking. Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Skills Project Management: Strong ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and analyze customer requirements and market trends to develop actionable insights and strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Tech Savvy: Will use Planner/Monday, Pipedrive, Power BI to track priorities and deadlines. Why Join Us?
