Assistant Relationship Manager, Foreign Private Bank (HK/China/Taiwan Markets) We are partnering with a foreign private bank for an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) in various markets. Key Responsibilities Assist RMs in managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently Prepare and process client documentation, including account opening, KYC, and due diligence checks Monitor and track client transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth processing of client instructions Support RM in preparing credit proposals and other financial documentation Conduct market research and prepare marketing materials for client meetings Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and financial spreadsheets Act as a backup for RMs during their absence, ensuring continuity of service Ensure adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures, including AML and risk management guidelines Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a similar role within the banking sector Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including foreign exchange, bonds, equities, and derivatives Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Stable career path If you have the relevant skills and believe you are a suitable candidate, please send your CV to and our team will contact you for a confidential discussion.
