Financial planning: Provide comprehensive financial planning services to high-net-worth customers, helping them achieve their financial goals. Relationship building: Deliver personalized service to build and maintain strong relationships with valuable clients. Product promotion: Promote a diverse range of investment, insurance, and banking products to optimize new business opportunities. Risk management: Manage operational risk and adhere to relevant policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements to ensure the highest standards of service. Who are they looking for? Educational background: University degree preferred, or HKCEE/HKDSE with relevant work experience. We value diverse educational backgrounds and experiences. Professional qualifications: Passes in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE 1,2,3) and Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI 1,7,8) Licensing Examinations. HKIB Associate Retail Wealth Professional (ARWP) or Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) certification is an advantage. Industry experience: Minimum of two years' experience in selling investment, insurance, and banking products. We welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field. Sales and customer focus: Strong sales orientation and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage complex interactions effectively. Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese), with Putonghua proficiency as an advantage. These language skills are essential for effective communication with our diverse client base. Personal qualities: Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
