Job Responsibilities: As a Memory Product Validation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging product development and mass production, ensuring our memory products meet the highest quality and performance standards. Key responsibilities include: Product Development & Validation: Lead new product engineering validation (EVT) and system validation platform setup, including test program development, Alpha‑Site testing, signal measurement, and report generation. Test Execution & Analysis: Execute functional and performance tests according to test plans; collect test data, perform in‑depth analysis, and generate comprehensive test reports. Problem Solving & Debugging: Perform failure analysis, identify root causes, and propose solutions; support customers and internal cross‑functional teams in system‑level issue troubleshooting. Technical Collaboration: Participate in customer KGD RDL layout review; drive company product integration into host controller AVL (Approved Vendor List). Process & Tool Development: Establish and maintain back‑end production processes; develop automated test tools to enhance validation efficiency; create and maintain technical documentation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of EE fundamentals. Prior experience with memory products (e.g., DRAM, NAND Flash) or semiconductor testing is a strong plus. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, MATLAB, or Python for data processing and problem‑solving. Programming Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++ or Python is preferred. Experience in automated script development is desirable. Language Skills: Good command of English, with the ability to read technical documents and communicate effectively with international teams. Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent learning ability, a great team player, and a proactive problem‑solver.
