Responsibilities Research market needs and consumer motivations in the make‑up industry, focusing on on‑demand color cosmetic mixing technologies. Analyze competitor products, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to guide product direction. Participate in concept generation, idea sketching, and brainstorming sessions to develop product directions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate research findings into product concepts and prototypes. Support the creation of business cases and go‑to‑market strategies for new product initiatives. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and technology advancements. Prepare and present research reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Packaging Material or related discipline. Familiarity with trends and solid experience in the Cosmetic Makeup Industry. 1‑2+ years of experience in manufacturing or project management in a sizeable or multinational manufacturer or buying office, including at least 2 years in a managerial position. Hands‑on analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience in consumer electronics, beauty technology, or innovative hardware projects is an advantage. Understanding of consumer behavior, aspirations, and challenges. Interest in applying new technology to cosmetic devices. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with suppliers, customers and internal departments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English.
