Responsibilities Research market needs and consumer motivations in the makeup industry, focusing on on‑demand color cosmetic mixing technologies. Analyze competitor products, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to guide product direction. Participate in concept generation, idea sketching, and brainstorming sessions to develop product directions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate research findings into product concepts and prototypes. Support the creation of business cases and go‑to‑market strategies for new product initiatives. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and technology advancements. Prepare and present research reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Packaging Material, or related discipline. Familiar with trends and solid experience in the cosmetic makeup industry. 1‑2+ years of experience in manufacturing or project management in a sizable or multinational manufacturer or buying office, including at least 2 years in a managerial position. Hands‑on analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience in consumer electronics, beauty technology, or innovative hardware projects is an advantage. Deep understanding of consumer behaviors, aspirations, and challenges. Strong interest in applying new technology to cosmetics devices. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with suppliers, customers, and internal departments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English.
