Position Overview As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of the project life‑cycle and deliverables with your amicable project management skills and engineering expertise. You will be competent in managing project challenges, concerns, and derive appropriate solutions to ensure project deliverables are met through your acute judgment and understanding of both internal and external factors. Additionally, you will be responsible to lead, coach, and guide junior members of the team to meet overall project success. The ideal Senior Project Engineer will be dynamic and highly competent in demonstrating engineering /design mechanism expertise with strong project management disciplines. Key Responsibilities Monitor and administer the project life‑cycle from project design, mass product launch including but not limited to planning, control of schedule, verification of tooling design, providing real‑time feedback, material selection, costing verification, product testing, approving pilot runs, verify and monitor ECR, and any other critical project standards/process etc. Diligent review of design, specification, plan and schedule through either escalation to Supervisor/Manager to recommend and implement changes or Corrective Action Plans. Tracking all changes and modifications made in 3D and tooling designs; ensuring data are regularly updated on the server. Participate in factory evaluation activity to ensure compatibility in areas of and not limited to factory capacity, equipment, software, engineer skills etc. Any ad hoc involvement in tasks or projects assigned by Supervisor/Manager. Qualifications / Requirements Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. Diploma with substantial years of related experience will be also considered. Min 4 years of project engineering experience in consumer product industry. Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), showcasing strong language and writing skills. Willing to travel to China (Guangdong). Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Engineer.
