Base pay range $38,000.00/yr - $48,000.00/yr Guda Cable is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead full-cycle project delivery for power, infrastructure, and renewable energy cable solutions. This role plays a critical part in managing medium-to-large electrical engineering projects across domestic and international markets. 1. Project Management & Execution Lead planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and close-out of electrical engineering and cable delivery projects Develop project milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Coordinate resources across engineering, R&D, production, supply chain, and sales teams 2. Technical Leadership Analyze customer requirements and develop compliant cable technical solutions Lead technical reviews to ensure alignment with IEC, UL, GB, NEC, and relevant international standards Provide technical support and recommendations to customers and partners 3. Quality & Compliance Oversee quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle Ensure that all deliverables meet safety, regulatory, and company compliance standards Participate in supplier evaluations, material reviews, and technical audits 4. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary interface for customers, internal teams, and external partners Provide clear, timely project updates including progress reports and risk assessments Facilitate effective communication to support decision-making and transparency Collect project feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support digital project management practices such as BIM, smart factory integration, and IoT monitoring Required Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, or related fields 7–10+ years of project management experience in power systems, cable manufacturing, EPC, renewable energy, or related sectors Strong technical understanding of LV/MV power cables, control cables, PV cables, or utility/industrial electrical systems Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously English fluency required; familiarity with Mandarin is beneficial.
