Responsible for setting dynamic and challenging targets in line with the company objectives and delivering according to the plan. Setting robust Sales Business Planning for the region & achieve / exceed revenue & profitability goals. Establish and maintain positive relationships with Vendors, Customers, End Users & Tech Data / TD Synnex & Datech Teams & other stakeholders. Being a role model for Co-Workers, Vendors, Customers & End Users. Responsible for ensuring professional & compliant customer and team approach among the stakeholders in Tech Data Sales teams. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare the annual plan to pursue fiscal growth of revenue and gross margin and use the right resources to achieve the objectives. Setting robust Sales Business Planning in line with Corporate profitability & revenue goals, vendor expectations & market dynamics. Manage and execute sales business planning in alignment & collaboration with the Tech Data country sales teams & Datech Regional Teams. Develop, manage and evaluate business units compensation plans to achieve or exceed business objectives. Owns senior relationships with key Customers & End Users. Owns senior relationships with regional Vendors management/leadership. Set strategic direction in conjunction with global and regional leader on business growth development. Take overall leadership in the organization to build and maintain customer relationships, to introduce new vendors and/or products and to leverage existing and new geographic and/or business segments. Directional input into purchasing, sales, pricing, services & customer success policy. Recruitment, leadership, management and coaching of co-workers & management team to achieve Business Unit objectives. Contribution of new ideas for transformation and execution at strategic and operational levels. Senior escalation point of contact for End Users, Customers and Vendors. Own Datech Operations for Hong Kong, overall for all products. Direction to country finance, TD HK Sales Leadership on weekly, monthly forecast. Knowledge & Skills Expertise 15+ Years of relevant sales & channel work experience. 5 to 8 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees. Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Commercial / Economics / engineering Field of Study preferred. Bachelor's Degree with Economics / Business Administration field of study required. Servant & Situational Leadership. Other Education / Certifications: People Management / Operational Excellence. Able to create and conduct formal presentations. Able to interact effectively with all levels of management. Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results. Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills. Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. Possesses a strong can‑do attitude with continuous ambition for personal development & keen understanding when to elevate & involve executive management. Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. Process Challenge on Execution – To discuss with all internal stakeholders for quick resolution; also recommend process, people & system transformation changes. Customer Escalation – Opportunity to reinforce the relationship, maintain trust & avoid trust breakers. Commit to a root cause analysis of the issue & update customer within 24 hours with an ambition to resolve the issue within 48 hours. Vendor Escalation – Opportunity to reinforce relationship, hear the issue & maintain trust. Understand the issue & the root cause & commit to resolve with a defined timeline, 4 (or) 8 (or) 24 hours to analyze & resolve. After resolution, ensure to brief why the gap & ensure to give confidence on non‑occurrence to build confidence. What’s In It For You?
