Head of Sales (B2B, Corporate accounts management) Strategy and planning: Define and execute both short-term and long-term sales and trade strategies to achieve business objectives within the modern trade channel, such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores and drug chain. Team leadership: Lead Sales Team in planning and implementing sales strategies involving in trading terms negotiation, daily operations, and sales promotional programs. Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain good relationships with key customers for business development involving in contracts, pricing, trading terms negotiation. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments like marketing, logistics & supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth product supply to customers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing or a related field. At least 8-10 years’ all-rounded sales management experience in FMCG industry, experience in paper or household categories is a plus. Sales-oriented with good persistence to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Immediate availability is highly preferred.
